Assist the Director in managing, operating, monitoring, deploying and implementing tasks/projects related to the Company’s general operations.
Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings, synthesize and deploy meeting content.
Attend, record and synthesize evaluation content of meetings and partners to serve the management, monitoring, urging and promotion of effective work development.
Receive, classify, arrange, process information, documents, and materials from Departments/Departments and synthesize and send to Leadership.
Summarize the work assigned by the Director to the Blocks/Departments/Departments, closely monitor and report the work progress of the Departments/Departments.
Receive, classify, monitor and return documents submitted for signature by Departments/Departments.
Support data collection and market research news on new projects.
Representative of the General Director to work with individuals and agencies when authorized
Go on business trips with the Director when required, prepare procedures related to domestic and foreign business trips: book air tickets, hotels, visas, check in, check out…
External and internal:
+ Coordinate and support departments in organizing events, meetings, promoting the Company brand,…
+ Attend and support the Director in meetings and transactions with partners and customers.
Prepare periodic or extraordinary reports for the General Director/other Departments
Participate in contributing ideas and making suggestions for process improvements when necessary
Perform other tasks assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.
