I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Survey, evaluate, come up with ideas, plan for 1/500 projects and estimate total investment for each project.
1. Implement and coordinate with departments and outsourcing partners to prepare general planning design documents, detailed planning, and total investment estimates for the Company’s projects.
2. Have a foundation of knowledge about planning norms, technical regulations, circulars, decrees in the field of construction and legal processes, work with state management agencies on planning and construction related related to project investment preparations.
3. Coordinate relevant departments to complete design documents.
4. Manage and control plans and architectural design documents. Working directly with partners such as domestic and foreign design consultants and construction contractors on issues related to project planning.
Prepare documents and make preliminary assessments of the Company’s planning and development of construction projects.
Zoning planning design, 1/2000, 1/500 planning.
5. Make a plan to manage the quality and progress of planning design documents.
Be directly responsible to company leaders for the technical and artistic criteria of assigned drawing documents.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by direct Manager.
7. Be a good driver and willing to go on long business trips as required.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Gender: Male preferred
Age: Preferably 25-30 years old
Health: Class A
2. Education level: Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Architecture, Planning, Urban Infrastructure Engineering or related fields,…
3. Foreign language / computer skills: English communication is a plus point. Proficient in using office information technology (words, excel, email browsing…).
4. Competencies/skills: Able to proficiently use Auto Cad, Photoshop, Corel Draw, 3DMax, Scketchup, Global mapper, Google Earth… or other related software. Good design capacity, thinking about planning architectural design, and experience working with relevant agencies and departments.
5. Work experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience. Priority has been given to having worked in the Real Estate environment.
