General project management:
+ Determine scope, make preliminary plans, chair kick-off meetings;
+ Report the project to BOD and coordinate with other departments
+ Coordinate with the human resources department to plan recruitment and distribute and manage human resource activities
+ Evaluate project implementation capacity, guide and check project implementation plans;
+ Review the project implementation plan, rules and policies applicable to the project;
+ Guide subordinates to organize project implementation;
+ Summarize the work done after the project, organize meetings to learn lessons for future projects.

Quality management & technical expertise:
+ Check and approve plans to ensure project implementation quality;
+ Check with the Project Executive Board the documents and conceptual design drawings from the consulting unit and design unit to make necessary recommendations for the project.

+ Monitor, update, evaluate and improve technical processes, quality assurance processes, and quality plans according to actual construction to improve the quality and efficiency of the project.

Risk management:
+ Guide and directly work with the Project Executive Board to create a risk management plan;
+ Estimate possible risks, analyze and evaluate the level of impact for prevention;

Cost management:
+ Plan budget estimates and necessary resources for the project;
+ Approve cost limits and control cost implementation by the project executive board;
+ Monitor project completion milestones, urge acceptance and settlement of the project with relevant parties.

Assign, manage, allocate and supervise work within the Division
Research – Development, building investment strategies, investment orientation in real estate.
Advise the Board of Directors on changes in land policy, business policy, state real estate ownership, and market trends from time to time.
Organize the management and storage of records and legal documents during the development phase of projects.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers and contractors during project implementation
