Kinhtedothi – On June 26, the People’s Committee of Ba Vi district organized a conference to collect opinions from agencies and units on the Construction Planning of Ba Vi district until 2030 and vision to 2050.
At the conference, delegates listened to the consulting unit present an overview of the Draft Construction Planning for Ba Vi district to 2030 and vision to 2050. In particular, the goal of concretizing the planning was emphasized. From there, it serves as a basis for implementing zoning planning, detailed planning of urban functional areas, general commune planning, and construction planning of tourism projects in the area. At the same time, it is the basis for establishing investment projects for socio-economic development in Ba Vi district.
Based on the draft planning, delegates contributed comments focusing on contents consistent with the current status and general development orientation of Ba Vi district. It identifies Ba Vi as a special district of Hanoi City, with an economic development orientation of tourism, service trade and ecological agriculture, clean agriculture applying high technology, green living space and lasting.
In particular, we aim to turn Ba Vi into a major high-end eco-tourism, resort and entertainment center of the Hanoi region as well as the whole country. Along with that, identify regional relationships, links in socio-economic space, urban and rural areas between Ba Vi district and neighboring areas inside and outside Hanoi city.
Delegates also pointed out the limitations that the Ba Vi district construction planning is facing. From there, we propose specific solutions to help the Ba Vi district construction planning to 2030 and vision to 2050 be more complete, meeting the general construction planning of Hanoi capital.
Speaking at the conference, Ba Vi District Party Committee Secretary Duong Cao Thanh thanked the delegates for their enthusiastic contributions and received, edited, and supplemented the comments in accordance with the construction planning orientation. build Ba Vi district until 2030, with a vision to 2050.
